Low Density Fiberboards (LBR)
LBR is a low density fiberboard commonly used when there is a need to reduce weight without sacrificing its versatility. Thanks to the low density of wood fibers, the board is lighter and easier to load and unload. LBR has a solid and firm core making it suitable for architectural moldings, commercial display, furniture assembly and so on.
Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)
MDF is also known as medium density fiberboard. The main ingredients are wood fibers (or wood pulp), adhesives and several other ingredients (paraffins, hardeners...) which are pressed under high temperature and pressure. MDF is used in manufacturing and interior decoration such as tables, chairs, beds, cabinets, shelves, doors, etc.
High Density Fiberboard (HDF)
HDF is a type of fiberboard with a higher density of wood fibers than ordinary boards. Manufactured with engineering that can be meet almost any application needs such as high pressure laminate flooring, less susceptible to moisture changes, high amplitude and resistant to high impact forces.
High Moisture Resistant Board (HMR)
HMR board is a fiberboard with the same structure as MDF, but the core contains moisture-proof glue. HMR board is suitable for interior in places that are often exposed to water, high humidity, or where water is volatile such as toilet areas, kitchen cabinet areas.
Low Moisture Resistance (LMR)
LMR Board is a medium density wood fiber board with low moisture resistance. LMR Board is used to produce tables and chairs, kitchen cabinets, file cabinets, office desks, meeting tables, bookshelves, decorative shelves, beds, wardrobes, wooden doors, karaoke room partitions, speakers, sound insulation materials, advertising boards... LMR board does not warp, crack, termites like natural wood with a smooth flat surface to process and manufacture easily for a cheap price; with a rich variety of surfaces for many Furnitures styles from modern to classic, luxurious to sophisticated by veneer, acrylic, melamine, laminate.
Towards the implementation of exploitation in parallel with afforestation and development, Kim Tin Group is conducting research and setting up a project to plant 5,000 hectares of forest in Binh Phuoc to provide production materials.
Kim Tin is stably operating two MDF production plants in Binh Phuoc with a total capacity of 500.000 m³/year, accounting for more than 20% of the domestic board market share.
In which, FSC Vietnam is considered as one of the most modern and large-scale MDF factories in our country today with production lines completely imported from Europe, with many advantages and outstanding features.
Kim Tin has been awarded many noble awards by prestigious domestic and foreign organizations, in order to recognize achievements and contribute to the development of the industry, community and society.
