On the morning of July 31, 2019, the delegation of Kim Tin officers and employees had a visit trip at manufacturing clusters in Dong Phu Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc province.

A day tour at the FSC, Go Xanh and Van Sang factory gives Kim Tin officers and employees hands-on experiences of where hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of boards are produced annually.

On the morning of July 31, 2019, the delegation of Kim Tin officers and employees had a visit trip at manufacturing clusters in Dong Phu Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc province. This is one of the useful activities to help Kim Tin officers and employees better understand the MDF production process and MDF products (Campaign Meda, tables and chairs...).

The FSC Vietnam is the first factory that Kim Tin officers and employees visited. It is ranked in the top 10 most modern MDF factories in the world with the most advanced and economical synchronous equipment system of Germany. FSC Vietnam is a supplier of Kim Tin-branded MDF products that meet the strictest quality standards and a variety of specifications. After being manufactured at FSC, MDF products can be exported or used as input materials for the Go Xanh or Van San factory to continue to produce the MDF-after products: (Campaign Meda, shelves, etc.)

FSC's engineer introduced from general to detailed production stages. Starting with the outdoor area, images of large piles of tree trunks from various types are ready to be loaded into the machine for peeling. Then, moving inside the factory, the machinery system runs continuously with the stages of crushing and pressing, cutting, drying. And it is indispensable to sand and classification steps and packaging before turning into boards with smooth surface.

Arrived in Binh Phuoc at noon, the long walking distance to the factory and the hot sunshine still did not deter young employee full of passion for learning and discovery. Dividing into small groups to visit helps them easily grasp the process as well as answer questions. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tai – Sales Deparrtment said that MDF is not the product he is in charge of, but visiting the factory as well as the MDF production process helps him better understand the products that the company offers. During the visit, the officers and employees always listened attentively as well as recorded new knowledge and raised many questions.

In the afternoon, they continued to visit the Go Xanh and Van San. These are 2 factories that produce wood products such as flooring board, medals, and export tables & chairs. The officers and employees were quite excited to see with their own eyes the production process of each medal product, small wooden frame with high aesthetic level, simple but delicate lines by very strict quality control process.

The factory visit trip is organized quarterly by the Company, starting from 2019. This is one of the activities designed by the Human Resources Department for new employees. The company always creates favorable conditions for employees to access knowledge about technology, production as well as a factory operation process in the most practical way. Closing the field trip was full of excitement with lovely wood gifts exquisitely designed for all participating employees. Hopefully, after this trip, Kim Tin's officers and employees will have a more general view of the products that the company is producing and trading.
